NomNom


So I ate this the other day.  It certainly looked scary enough ("look: there's the head!"), but it actually tasted pretty mild.  It's served hard boiled with a soy/black vinegar/chile sauce on the side.  You open the egg at the top and drink out the, err, fluid ("it's like a consumme," said the waiter, optimistically), and then eat the rest with a spoon.  There's a big globe of yolk stuck to the side of the shell, which is pretty yummy, and then the duck part, which is about half-a-bite in size.  No feathers or beak or claws, it goes down easy and is pretty tasty.  Heck I'd get it again.
