School work is finally done, which means I can get back to the things that really matter: blogging to my audience of three. I know it's been a long time since I rapped at ya, so let's get right to it, shall we:
- On July 1st, the Mets will pay Bobby Bonilla $1,100,000. They will continue to do so, every year, until 2036.
- Coachella: awesome? Yes: awesome. More to come on this later.
- ShakeWeights: the meme that will never go away. God I hope it never goes away.
- Even wonder what Van Gogh's Starry Night might look like if it were made of bacon, instead of paint: WONDER NO MORE.
- Are we excited about this? FUCK and YES we are.
More to come.

O M EFFING G.
The gay ginger from Modern Family was wearing a shirt I own on tonight's episode: I HAVE PEAKED IN LIFE.
Yeah yeah, I know it's been a while. I'm off to Coachella tomorrow but new posts are soon to come. Promise.

Woof
It's Thursday and it's nice out and Spring is almost here, so let's have a video of Neko Case serenading her big-ass dog because why not?

So Ronery.
This is a little long, and a little light in the loafers (ALLITERATION, BITCHES!), but that's not to say I can't identify with this piece called The Loneliness of the Goalkeeper. Always the goat, never the hero, we are. Hat-tip to Pit for forwarding.

Yep.
This is a strange one, alright. The video for my favorite song on the new National album is like a mash up of The Bodyguard, Mad Men, Flight of the Concords, and The Human Centipede. Maybe not that last one.

Holy Crap!
I am officially the longest tenured Benjamin at Google. What do I win?
Seriously. A plaque would be nice.
One thing you might notice about the screengrab above is the cheery, youthful picture of me. That was taken on my first day at Google, after a long summer playing soccer in the sun. Recently, however, we had to update our corp photos, and here is the result:
GAH! So pastey. So lumpen. So... defeated looking. That is nightmare fuel, is what that is. Here's a side-by-side, just for fun:
Haunting.
